Shipping 

We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of an order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small.

Shipping is free on orders shipped via ground shipping with the United States Post Office and within the 48 continental states. Any additional delivery charges as noted in the product description or express shipping will the responsibility of the buyer.

The average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is also available.  

Our website supports United States and Canadian addresses. Please contact us about shipping to any other country.

Gift Wrapping Available
Gift wrap is available for $3.00 per box. We are happy to include a gift card, please use the gift message section for the card greeting. 

Price Match Guarantee 

We will match product prices including shipping with any other authorized online retailer.

We accept the following cards as payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can also check out using your Paypal account. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Exchanges & Returns 

JF and Company is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for an exchange, refund or store credit within 10 days of receipt of the item.

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

Please note: We cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Sales Tax 

Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Indiana address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
